Neal has lived in Vincennes for over 40 years at the moment and is happily married to his wife, Julie, for 31 years. He has two sons, Ryan and Jonah, as well as one grandson named Corbin Ray. He has been attending First Baptist Church for 30 years and has been employed there for almost 12 years. He is also serving the community as a city firefighter.
